Reservation and Payment
Your reservation is confirmed after approval. Payment is handled through our local partner Villas Winterberg:
- 30% deposit within 14 days after booking
- Remaining balance due no later than 14 days before arrival
Management and Service
Our villa is locally managed by Villas Winterberg. They handle guest reception and serve as your primary point of contact during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Outside the Winter Season
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- Cancellation within 14 days: 90% of the total price due
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% due
Winter Season (December 15 – March 15)
- Up to 6 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
- 6 to 4 weeks before arrival:
- 30% of the total price due, or
- free rebooking to another period
If rebooked:
- Higher price → pay the difference
- Lower price → receive a refund
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% due

Our villa is located in the heart of Neuastenberg and is easily accessible by car. Two private parking spaces are available. A restaurant is within walking distance, and the center of Winterberg is just minutes away. In winter, the ski bus takes you to the ski areas of Winterberg and Altastenberg within five minutes.
